Introduction:
There is less than one percent (1%) of people confessing Jesus as their personal savior in Spain, only one (1) out of every five hundred (500) of the more than 40 millions Spaniards is a born again Christian. From the 8022 towns and cities in Spain only 572 have an evangelical congregation, which means that more than 7450 towns and cities have little or no presence of the gospel at all.
God is speaking prophetically in this time, about the powerful outpouring of His Holy Spirit over the nation of Spain. God has called this nation to become one of the pivotal points from where The Holy Spirit of God will move with great power throughout Europe and North Africa.
It is time to listen to the voice of the Spirit and start preparing the way for the visitation of salvation and revival for the 40 millions plus of Spaniards and be ready for community transformations throughout the Spaniard territory and the “40/70” window.
Spain has been in the hearth of God since the beginning of the Church, In Romans 15:24, we see how the apostle Paul perceived in the Spirit the importance of the evangelistic work and this land. God always had had a powerful plan for Spain and this is the Kayos time for its fulfillment.
The leadership of Ethnoslink International network has received a specific work assignment from God for the “40/70” window and especially for the nation of Spain. God has called us to Join Efforts for the Harvest with the local Spaniard church.
1.1 Change of Mentality:
We know that Gods desire is that none should perish, that Spain will come to the knowledge of Christ so that the Spaniards can be saved.
But which is the strategy for the salvation and transformation of a nation, of a community, of a family? Where does the revival power reside, able to transform whole cities?
God has the incredible idea that his church has the authority and power to transform not only a local congregation, but whole cities, whole nations.
There is a great difference between pastoring a congregation, and pastoring a city, pastoring a nation. It is time to expand our vision, it is so small. God has called His leaders, to pastor nations and cities and not only a congregation. The vision of God is for the whole earth, all the nation of Spain, it is time to expand our vision. Would you accept the challenge, are you ready for the change of mentality?
One of the first changes to make is the sectarian mentality that sometimes invades the local church, it is time to transcend denominational and ethnic barriers and traditions, it is time to work together for the vision God has for your nation.
Definitely, when our vision is expanded and come out the walls of the local church, and is actively projected towards the community, government, education, and the marketplace, where our harvest is, then and only than will the process of salvation and transformation will begin.
When God’s assigned pastors and leaders in the city or region unite their efforts to strategically pastor their city instead of focusing on an individualistic strategy for their congregation, the Holy Spirit works and a very powerful way on behalf of the salvation for a whole community.
1.2. Change of work model:
Whom shall we send? This is the question that still resounds today; God always has counted with the human element for the fulfillment of His plan of Salvation for all humanity.
In fact, Jesus Christ the Son of the living God became man, and as such was sent to this world to be sacrificed on behalf of all human kind.
God has chosen man for the mission of the proclamation of the Gospel, even the angels desire this privileges (1 Peter 1:12) God is looking men and women willing to fulfill the destiny for which they were created for, he wants to use them with his Holy Spirit to administrate his mysteries to this generation (1 Corinthians 4:1)
1.3. Change in the equipping and training model:
Throughout the centuries following the reformation to the Catholic Church (The result of the Reformation was a reformed catholic church, it didn’t give origin to a “New” Church) Christianity in general establishes a strong difference between the clergy and the laity, concepts which are totally anti-biblical, and were introduced by the Roman Catholic church. Because of this mentality is believed that only “Professional ministers” are the ones “authorized” for the work of the ministry, as a result the Church has been operating with limitations and little effectively.
Every born again Christian has a divine calling to the Harvest, of course not all are called to pastor a congregation, but all are called to unite the multiplying work of evangelization and discipleship.
After His redemptive mission, one of the main purposes of Jesus’ ministry was to equip and to train a group of men, to whom he would delegate the mission of continuing with the establishing of his Kingdom in the earth and the preaching of the Gospel to every creature.
Jesus, the Son of God took time to train and multiply leaders, making this one of the central goal and the strategy that would ensure the continuity of his vision for the next generations. We our selves are fruit of the labor of these men trained by Jesus. Why it is that today’s church is not doing what Jesus did?
According to Ephesians 4:11-13, when Jesus ascended on High and led captivity captive and gave gifts to men (Doma, Greek term for ministry gifts) and these are the gifts He gave…Apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers. To these He gave the mission to edify (Katartismos, Greek term for training, equipping, making fit for service) the body of Christ (The Church, you and me) for the work of the ministry, (ministry is spelled W-o-r-k not P-u-l-p-i-t)
The secret of success for effective evangelization of a city resides in the strategy of multiplication based in the activation of the spiritual and ministerial gifts (Charisma + Doma) that will enable ALL Christians to work at all levels of the Harvest.
The work of the ministry according to what is expressed by God in His Word is the responsibility of all believers. Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers were commissioned by God to train, equip and commission the local Church, not to the confinement of the four walls of the building, but throughout the length and width of our communities.
When we use this biblical reference, we are not implying that the Church has to go back or to emulate the “early church” (One more erroneous idea which holds back the advancement of the Gospel) God does not want “a church for the first century” but “ a church for the twenty first century”
The principle of equipping and multiplying leaders is one of the vital keys for the transformation of a community.
It is very important to notice, that when we are talking about equipping and training of workers, we are facing another situation that holds back the advancement of the church. The majority of programs imparted in seminaries and universities for ministry training are based on methods, theological views and curriculums which are totally irrelevant to the challenges of today’s church and what is worst in some cases these are very dangerous.

As explained earlier, Ethnoslink’s vision is to assist and support the church in Spain for the harvest of souls through the equipping of a new generation of ministers of the Gospel, pastors and leaders for the work of the ministry.
For this vision to become reality, a commitment to the promoting, supporting and implementing of this vision by the pastoral and ministerial networks in Spain is absolutely necessary, not only to their respective congregations and communities but to expand it throughout Spain and the “40/70” window, until we see an army of laborers ready to reap the harvest in this continent.
Ethnoslink’s main vision is the equipping of laborers to establish new congregations, building bridges of opportunity between the laborers and the harvest, especially where there is little or no presence of the Gospel. Is His Church not ours.
The course of history is about to be radically change by the intercession and strategic work of His church in Spain, it is His church not ours.
Until all the nations have heard!
